1. General Overview & Acceptance

This website (millapro.in) is operated by A K FOODS, having its manufacturing and operational office at Gala No. 210, Daulat Udyog Bhavan, Wadhavali, CG Road, Chembur, Mumbai - 400074, Maharashtra. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to A K FOODS / MILLA PRO™.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing our high-protein food products, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

2. Product Information, Pricing & 5% GST

• All prices displayed on millapro.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) under HSN Code 1101 (Pre-packaged cereal flours).
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, or pack configurations without prior notice; however, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed with payment.
• We take extreme care in displaying authentic nutritional values based on NABL-accredited laboratory test reports. Individual dietary results may vary depending on metabolic activity, overall diet, and exercise routine.

3. Online Payments & Anti-Fraud Security

We process all customer transactions securely through Razorpay Payment Solutions. We support Unified Payments Interface (UPI - GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), NetBanking, and Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay).

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed on our store. We do not store or capture your bank passwords, CVV numbers, or UPI PINs.

4. Prohibition of Cash on Delivery (COD)

In order to maintain strict quality control, minimize environmental packaging waste, and prevent food spoilage due to fake or uncollected orders, Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly disabled across our platform. All orders must be prepaid through verified digital payment channels.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The trademarks "MILLA PRO™", the logo, graphics, design aesthetic, formula ratios, and website copy are the exclusive intellectual property of A K FOODS. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
